Our History

Hampshire Property Services have been established for over 20 years and have grown from a small family run maintenance team carrying out minor repairs, to a company which specialises in providing responsive maintenance services to Housing association and Local authority properties.

We expect our Staff to deliver the highest quality of work, service and customer care, and are committed to ensuring this is the experience all our clients receive. We are proud that the new clients we receive are often due to word of mouth from our existing clients.

Charlie’s, is a beach hut style caravan at Perran Sands in Perranporth which aims to provide families of children with life limiting illnesses and families of fire-fighters that have suffered bereavement, or life changing injury whilst in the line of duty, a relaxing environment so they can forge some forever memories, in a hope that they too can ‘Find the Wonderful in Today’.
